There comes a time in every day when you just need to release your stress into the void. Now there are “experts” who will tell you that the best way to do this is in a productive manner. Letting it all out into kneading dough, doing exercise or something like that is probably what they had in mind. Mary, Sue and Linda may have taken it in a less legally advisable direction.

We all need hobbies and hobbies you can do by yourself, in your kitchen which produce something for you to stress eat later that day make a lot of sense right now. Heck, if you make cookies you can even start enjoying the benefits mid process! Our Customer Service Special Agent, Missy O’Danagher has certainly been making good use of her oven lately and this song is a testament to the place it has taken in her heart.

If you need a little insight into what happened to you in the past, that’s likely a better use for astrology than trying to predict the future anyway. Turns out the stars had a lot to say about your situation and it’s your chance to think a little bit about your place in the cosmos.

Welcome to Cerddoriaeth Celtica, a companion piece for the Starlight Radio Dreams series “Celtica”. When we conceived of Celtica the desire was to create an adventure serial which used music as part of the action and story. From using music to power Celtica’s magic tools to musical numbers for the big moments, Celtica does exactly that. And Cerddoriaeth Celtica lets us further explore the beauty of Celtic music, both as part of the serial and just for its own sake.
In this episode of Cerddoriaeth Celtica, Karolyn Blake, co writer for Celtica and the actor behind the title character, sings “Rhyfelgyrch Gwŷr Harlech” and discusses one of the great heroes of Wales, Owain Glyndŵr, the last Welshman to call himself Tywysog Cymru (Prince of Wales). In the serial Celtica, this song was the basis for King Wulfric’s rallying speech to the Britons who had joined the Roman army. We hope it inspires you to fight for your freedoms, whether that’s at the polls or marching in the streets.

SRD Presents: Cerddoriaeth Celtica E14: Oro 'se do Bheatha Bhaile EXTENDED EDITION
In this episode of Cerddoriaeth Celtica, Karolyn Blake, co writer for Celtica and the actor behind the title character, sings “Oro 'se do Bheatha Bhaile" an Irish independence song by Padraig Pearse, based on a folk song that has worn many guises over its long history. Pearse made it a tribute to Grace O'Malley, a woman whose cunning and courage can inspire us to fight our oppressors today.
This episode is the full, extended conversation between Karolyn and Tabitha about the history and legacy of Grace O’Malley.

We’ve been on a bit of a realty show kick lately and what can we say? Sometimes everyone needs a break from the real world and to immerse in something fantastical. You can lose yourself in something that would never happen. If there’s a way to add a veneer of plausibility to that escapism, more the better. So, if you’ve run out of iterations of other reality dating shows to watch, we have some good news for you!

You might die of boredom before it’s safe to go out and lick your friends. Moon for the Switch may not come out soon enough to save you from cabin fever. You need something now. How about an accidentally relatable reality show about a group of room mates, locked down with their pets and unable to leave until at least next year?

Has anyone ever bought a Sham Wow? I know the ads are a little extreme but what if that guy is just legitimately excited about how cool his rag is? Maybe if we all tried it, we’d be excited too. What I’m saying is, this show is technically an ad but we gave them a pass because… this product may be a little too relevant for some.

SRD Presents: Cerddoriaeth Celtica E13: Tan yn Llŷn
Welcome to Cerddoriaeth Celtica, a companion piece for the Starlight Radio Dreams series “Celtica”. From using music to power Celtica’s magic tools to musical numbers for the big moments, Celtica does exactly that. And Cerddoriaeth Celtica lets us further explore the beauty of Celtic music, both as part of the serial and just for its own sake.
In this episode of Cerddoriaeth Celtica, Karolyn Blake, co writer for Celtica and the actor behind the title character, sings “Tan yn Llŷn" a Welsh folk song by Plethyn. This song is a tribute to the power that protest and property damage have to change hearts and minds, and it reminds us that the power structures we oppose now have their roots in the distant past. In the show Celtica, Gwynedd and Celtica sang this song when they were planning to blow up the Draugr’s foundry. We framed most of that episode as an homage to this moment in modern Welsh history.

As podcasters, it’s often incumbent upon us to make every single situation in our life into some kind of content. Since anything can be a podcast and anyone with the time can make one, it truly is a wide open world. So, there you are; you’ve figured out the perfect way to keep your hair from getting all blown around during the picnic and you are here to socialize and sanitize. Then you look around the group and you realize that everyone is a literal bear. You didn’t think this was supposed to be a bear party but here you are suddenly wishing you’d held back a bit on the honey in your tea earlier. This is like that but if you were ons of the bears.
